Thank you for visiting my website. A quiet place for Meditation, Peace, Love, Joy and Kindness. I am a poet, meditation music artist, filmmaker, world traveler, peace activist. My musical compositions were created to move your mind to a state of relaxation and inner peace. Having a peace of mind is as important as keeping the body fit and the spirit young. I love to combine my songs with nature sounds. Sounds like bird songs and flowing water may alleviate stress and lead to feelings of tranquility. Soothing music heals the heart. Close your eyes and rest while listening to the music with nature, flute, Tibetan bowls, harp, violin & piano sounds. The beneficial effects of nature sounds and musical instruments on our health and overall well-being have been known since ancient times. Taking time to relax and de-stress can mean an improvement in your mood, brain function, and memory. I write meditations, songs, poems and I love creating nature relaxation meditation films too. I love filmmaking because it is a combination of my interests and hobbies: meditation, traveling, spending time in nature, nature/animal photography, video photography, color editing, sound editing.. Some of my films were created to accompany a few written songs. And, some of my songs were written to accompany a few of my short films. I love to create and co-create. I love working with artists.
